Las Coronas Spanish Vegetable Sauce 300g

Pisto is the Spanish country cousin of ratatouille — tomatoes, peppers, onion and courgette cooked down slowly in olive oil until soft and jammy. Las Coronas make theirs in small batches in Valencia. Serve warm with a fried egg on top, spoon over toast, or use as a side for grilled meat and fish.
