Sapfo is the flagship organic oil from Papadellis, a family mill working the hills above Mytilene on Lesvos since 1980 — the island whose oils are widely held to be among the finest in Greece. Named for the poet Sappho, born in Mytilene, it is certified organic and cold-pressed, with the light texture and golden colour Lesvos is known for.
